I just had dinner at Carnicero and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. The star of the show was undoubtedly the steak. Cooked to perfection, each bite was a burst of flavor and tenderness. The quality of the meat was exceptional. Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was impeccable. Alain was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of memorable. The wine was at a perfect temperature and please order the Cheese cake… what an amazing dessert

Great experience! My family and I enjoyed the moment. Dinner was served in time, and it tasted just right. I liked the Mojito's for a drink. The atmosphere was extremely welcoming, comfortable, and elegant. I Loved the details. The service was spectacular!

We loved this place. The food was great, everything was cooked to perfection and it all tasted exquisite. The service was also spot on! The place itself looked really nice and clean, the decor was nice. Only complaint is the consistency with the drinks was not great, but it’s understandable since the place is kind of new, and our server changed the drinks we didn’t like with no problem whatsoever. Overall good little place in Miami, will definitely come back again.

Meat was very good, not spectacular. Service was very good. The place was so noisy you couldn’t speak comfortably to the person next to you. They had some loud techno music pounding in the background which, I suppose, aimed to pass as cool. It was just the exact same loud sound pounding over and over and over again. There was a sigh of relief when it stopped providing some respite, but it would start all over again. Strange acoustics, like an echo. They sat us at a table for two next to some ropes which were just distracting. Everything would have been perfectly fine if not for the appalling, loud, pounding techno music. A shame as it was my birthday celebration. I had read about this place and was so looking forward to it. Will not return.

A great place to dine with family, the atmosphere is very warm, and the service is top-notch. The meats are delicious, and the desserts are outstanding. When I went, the owner was there, and he kindly went around the tables, greeting everyone attentively – very commendable!

The food was excellent! I had the steak filet mignon, and it was cooked perfectly. The service was wonderful. Our waiter was so attentive and accommodating. Overall, this was an incredible dining experience and let’s not forget it’s a family and friends environment!! I recommend it 100% !!

Really good experience. Nayla was extremely nice and very helpful when deciding what to order. Drinks and food were amazing. We went for a birthday and the experience was fun and food delicious. Definitely will go back and recommend.
